Easter is for Chocoholics
We have the ultimate in chocolate for all those that just might indulge now and then. We are even giving you one night Free, just to help the digestion!
Friday
Day One
After work or take the day off arrive to mugs of steaming hot chocolate, piled high with marshmallows and flake swizzle sticks. Wash it all down with a couple of chocolate chip cookies, then, when ready we will show you to your room.
The room will have a basket full of little chocolate gems to help remove any withdrawal symptoms from the hot chocolate, what you can’t eat your welcome to take home with you.
Settle into your room maybe run a bath or take a shower, you will find that even in the bathroom you can choose from a wealth of very specially sourced chocoholics toiletries. We have chocolate soap chocolate bath fizzers, chocolate shower wash and even chocolate shampoo! They are yours to use or keep, its up to you.
Dinner on the first night just wouldn’t be the same unless you were to start it with a cocktail specially made from “Chocolate”, by Greg. Then choose from our award winning menu (always leave space for a special treat, as the chefs have created a platter of chocolate puddings just for you!)
Saturday
Day two
Start the day with pan au chocolat, baby chocolate muffins and maybe a stack of chocolate pancakes with maple syrup. Or why not have our delicious Scottish breakfast, with another of those special hot chocolates?
Then after breakfast wrap up warm and take a walk around St Andrews or along the coast of the famous and stunning East Neuk. Upon your return we will have a hand made chocolate egg ready for you to personally decorate; you can eat it or take home with you.
Dinner this evening will offer you a chance to choose from the a la carte and a chance to sample a dish that shows how versatile chocolate is with food. One of our specials dishes that evening will include chocolate in the main course as a main ingredient.
Sunday
Day three
Start the day with pan au chocolat, baby chocolate muffins and maybe a stack of chocolate pancakes with maple syrup. Or why not have our delicious Scottish breakfast, with another of those special hot chocolates?
Then from 11.00 am we are going to have an Easter egg hunt around the Inn (not road side) there will be two hunts one for children and an easier one for “us oldies” anyone can join in. We have set the clues; all you have to do is follow them!
Back in to the Inn for a special Sunday Lunch with succulent roast beef and all the trimmings then maybe followed by a game by the fire in the lounge.
The evening is at your leisure, stay in for dinner, maybe have a bar meal or let us recommend one of the many other superb restaurants in the area.
Monday
Day four
Wake to another fantastic breakfast, then its time to pack up and go home, we will have a few special recipes for chocolate for you to take home.
