Friday 2nd December
A five course meal is skillfully prepared and served with wine chosen to complement each course. A short, infomative (not too technical) talk about each wine given during the meal. Finish the meal with a Whisky Digestive.
Saturday 3rd December
Four Course gourmet meal with wine chosen to match each course. No dissertation tonight, but comprehensive notes supplied.
