Cancellation Policy:

 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is taken at the time of booking and the balance falls due 28 days prior to arrival. Any bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged at the full amount, this is non refundable. Due to our geographical position it makes it necessary for us to reserve the right to make a full charge for any cancellation within 30 days of arrival, or for any curtailment of the stay if the room remains unsold.
