The Four Seasons a 2AA red Rosette restaurant has a great reputation for Traditional Sunday Roast Lunches which we serve all year. We have taken Sundays back to being ‘special’ and our customers love it. Come and try this unique experience, it is hard work but fun and not something you will find anywhere else.
You will join Ian and his team in the kitchen of Blackaddie for the whole day, from the menu planning, preparation and on to service.
